Shopping is easy as 1-2-3 at www.marinacosmetics.com. All you have to do is:
- Select the item you would like to purchase.
- Choose the quantity of the item to be ordered.

When you're finished with your selection/s click on  located at the top of every page.
To view larger images of a products color, scroll over the color swatch. The large product located on the left hand side of
the page will change to the color that you selected. By scrolling over the color swatches, and product images, this will
enable you to see a larger image and a more detailed description.
Order Processing
Orders that are placed Monday through Friday and are received by 3:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be processed
and shipped within 24 hours. (Excludes recognized U.S. holidays.) If an order is placed on a recognized holiday, that
order
will be processed and shipped the next business day. We make every attempt to process and ship the same day, when
we receive your order by 3:00 PM EST.
Orders that are placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped Monday, unless Monday is a recognized
holiday. That order will be shipped the next business day.
Orders that are placed and being shipped Second Day or Overnight Service will be processed and shipped the same day, if
the order is received by 1:00 PM EST.

- We are currently unable to accept orders that are billed to or shipped to destinations outside the United States.
- All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed
and shipped.
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please keep this for your records and for any
future correspondence regarding your purchase at marinacosmetics.com.
Shipping Options and Charges
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
Marina Cosmetics online offers the following shipping services:
Standard Service - UPS/USPS
- Most orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped within 24 hours.
- Most Standard Orders are delivered within 1-5 business days from the order's ship date.
Second Day Service - UPS/USPS
- Second Day Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day.
- Most Second Day Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date.
Overnight Service - UPS/USPS/Fed Ex
- Overnight Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders shipped Overnight Service are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date.

Shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses
Orders being sent to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service
and cannot be shipped via Second Day or Overnight Service.
International Orders
At this time, Marina Cosmetics ships to Addresses located within the United States Only.
This includes Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. (Some restrictions
may apply.) At this time, we do not ship to international locations or addresses.
Online Returns
Marina Cosmetics guarantees your satisfaction. If there is any reason that you aren't completely satisfied with your
online purchase (returns for purchases made only at www.marinacosmetics.com), you have 30 days to return your product.
- Place item(s) in its original packaging. Please ensure that it is packed well, so item doesn't get damaged.
- Enclose a copy of the receipt, and indicated reason for return.
- Send to: Marina Cosmetics, LLC - Online Returns - P.O. Box 70 Monroeville, PA 15146.
- We recommend that you track your return package to ensure receipt. We recommend using the United States Postal
Service, UPS, or Fed Ex.
Upon receipt of your return, we will credit your account within 7 business days.
At this time return shipping charges are not pre-paid and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are required by law to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to recipients in the state of Pennsylvania. This is
